I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Sugar Land, TX) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was very simple, but it took longer for me because when I applied, it was a bit of a busy time, so I had to call back and ask about my interview once. But after the first one, that specific manager said to come in the next day for a my second interview. Once that was done, I got a call the next day and they offered me the job.

Question 1
What was one time you faced a challenge, and how did you handle it?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
