I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls in Feb 2016
Interview
Unprofessional. Called a month in advance to book an appointment for an interview, however they not only forgot about it, they also forgot to tell other candidates that certain positions were full (still were open online, weeks after they supposedly closed).
As someone who has been looking for a full time position during a recession, this lack of organization is really unprofessional.
Was fast just simple questions about customer service. I was offered the position but the schedule did not work for me. I really like the process. The interview was just one at the location and I applied only.
Interview with store manager in the store after filling out the application, then a personality test was given. Took about 10 minutes to do the test, but this was a long time ago.
It was a really easy interview. Just be confident and show you love to connect and help people and be a team player. Just be honest as possible. Know how to solve conflicts and make sure you tell them that they are adding a team member who is ready to handle conflicts if it comes to it and can stay calm.
