Easy and straight forward. Not very complex at all. You basically show up and come prepare to answer why you're the best fit for the role. Describe yourself in a positive light as an asset.

Applied in the store and got an on the spot interview and the next day, They called and did a basic phone call screening interview, then an in person interview. Friendly, low pressure atmosphere.
I had to answer questions about myself and discuss why I would be a good member of the team. I also had to describe and explain my aspirations and greatest accomplishments.
