Martin Bros interview questions

I applied online and received a phone call to interview within the week. I went in and the interview was one on one with the store manager. Very informal, asked questions and offered me the job on the spot. I started two days later. It was a very easy going experience.

Initial phone interview with company's recruiter. Filled out Personality skills test. Met multiple times starting with RVP, then Clinical and Sales Directors. Thenphone interview with VP of Sales. Had a multiple of questions regarding the position and what team felt was the biggest need to make position successful.
