Martin's Potato Chips interview questions

Applied online, a few weeks later received an email from HR asking me to complete an online assessment. I completed the assessment and the next day I received an email from HR requesting a good day and time for a Phone interview. I waited a month and a half for a response from HR as to when they wanted to schedule the phone interview, only to receive an automated email that I was not selected. I don’t know how I went from passing the online assessment and having HR request a phone interview to not selected, with no further communication from HR at all!
