I applied online. I interviewed at Marvell Technology (Pune) in Dec 2025
Interview
In my interview experience with this company, I found the interviewers lacking in professionalism and respect toward candidates.
The most negative aspects included repeatedly cutting candidates off mid-answer, aggressively insisting that their preferred solution was the only correct approach to problems, and displaying insufficient maturity to objectively evaluate or acknowledge alternative, equally valid technical solutions.

Great Experience in interviews and onboarding experience. Interviewers check your knowledge and skills to a great extent. Thorough knowledge is required to clear the same.
HRs specially Jahrna and Madhuri help a lot in this process. This helps a lot in smoothing out this process.
