Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds with three different team members. The first interview was with the Operations Manager, followed by a conversation with a Partnerships Manager, and the final interview was with the CEO. Overall, the process was straightforward and efficient. Each interview was conversational rather than overly formal, and everyone I spoke with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in learning about my background and experience. Communication throughout the process was clear, and the timeline moved fairly quickly.
