Maryville College interview questions

I was first contacted by HR to know my salary range, followed by an invitation to interview. I interviewed with a small panel of staff for one hour. The second interview lasted a few hours and included giving a prepared presentation and theoretical evaluation. My third interview was with the VP. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional. Overall, a positive experience. The offer I received was below the range I provided before being invited to an interview, which didn't make sense.

1st stage phone interview followed by a 3 day campus visit. Met with all faculty in division as well as the students, Dean and President. Taught part of class to actual students and faculty. The people were super nice and the interview process was very pleasant. Overall I had a good time. It was a shame I had to turn down the offer.
