Interviewed with them a few years ago and it was the worst interview. 3 hours with rotating panels of two every 30min. I now have set a standard that any company with such doesn’t deserve me. It sends a message that you need to jump through ridiculous hoops to work for them.

Everything the 12 panelers pulled out of the air to ask. One asked some trick question about filling water from one bottle to another without doing something.. one of those.

Interview
It starts off with an initial call with HR who then schedules the next round of interview with a technical manger. The manger said they would get back soon. After that there was no response. Wrote a follow up email and tried various ways, not to beg for an offer, just wanted some feedback on what I could have improved on. But no response at all. It was like they’re trying to avoid you. If they treat their applicants like this, I can’t imgaine what they treat their employees like. It’s sad.
