First call with recruiters to explain the job and the pay and make sure your are interested, then the hiring manager will go over your resume, then the director will also go over resume and previous work experiences.

Went through a series of one phone screening + 3 interviews. Phil, the recruiter, was so nice and walked me through each step of the process. He was there to answer any questions I had, and was thrilled when I got the job! The interviews were straight and to the point, very simple "tell me about yourself" and "why do you want to work for this company." No "sell me this pen" type of questions. The last interviewer was tough, and it seemed like he didn't want to hire me, but I cleared up any doubts he had and "closed" like I would an actual sale.
