There was Multiple phone screening calls between people, Was not organized either with the merger, did similar interviews with both companies via phone and teams. After that they invite you on-site.
Straightforward and quick. HR, direct manager, round robin, and vp. Got a good grasp on company vibes from interview process. Did not get into technical details or expectations on how to execute.
