Online application, 20-minute phone screening interview, 40-minute Zoom interview with team members, and a second round interview with the hiring manager. I enjoyed the screening interview, Britt from HR was pleasant, informative, and stuck to his outlined timeline. The R1 interview was strange. I was never allowed to introduce myself or tell the two people I interviewed with about myself. All the questions were behavioral- no questions about the role, my past experiences, or tactical or strategic questions. Both women who interviewed me rarely made Zoom eye contact because both were busy typing throughout the interview (which they warned me about before they started). It came off as very distant and uninterested. I was only asked five or six questions.
