I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MassMutual in Mar 2017
Interview
Recruiters are professional; however, a few over speak. They do a great job of preparing and coaching for an interview. They could do a much better job of providing feedback when an offer is not made. The hiring managers seem to have an elitest mentality almost as if you should beg to work for the company. The questions were very elementary and did little to uncover what I would bring to the table or what I was looking for in the role. Very manager 101 questions, robotic/ little personality

Interview
Multiple applications that got recruiter calls and they aligned me to the job and said expect an interview schedule and to hear back from me in a few days. Then ghosted not even a sorry the job is not moving forward
Many interviews and long turn around time / slow communication. Wanted a project two hundred (build your core business of individuals you will warm call) and possession of client book if I parted ways with the firm.
I applied online. I interviewed at MassMutual (Boston, MA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Phone screen was easy. Wanted to know about background and why you want to work there. HR was very nice. Got invited to a second round. It seems they are relocating their HQ from Springfield to Boston, which is great.
