      I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MassMutual

      I chose to apply for this role because the description fit my skill set and expertise to a T. I was very enthusiastic about working at Mass Mutual due to the seemingly progressive nature of the company, and the culture they seem to build around taking good care of their employees and the community. Applied online and was emailed the next day to interview with one of their talent managers. Went well and was asked back to interview with two people in the same role for which I had applied. Also went well and I was asked to interview with the head of the department. After this FOURTH interview, they ghosted me. And honestly, it’s completely turned me off from wanting to apply for future positions, or to work for them at all. I followed up three separate times and didn’t hear a peep. In this day and age, where technology is abundant that a rejection email can be sent at the push of a button, I believe this is completely unacceptable. It’s lazy, and it’s rude.
