Applied for the job thru LinkedIn, scheduled the call with recruiter few days after and a week later had an interview with the team. I was told there was one more interview with the panel and i would hear back from them in a week. Week goes by I don’t hear anything regarding next steps, get an email from recruiter team was very pleased after the 2nd interview then another week goes by still no progress towards the next steps ( i had told them I’m in a time crunch had other options open). So overall there was no contact for two weeks. Interview process started off smooth at a good pace then it fell off. EDIT: Got the remaining two interviews lined up within a week, seems like they really liked me and a perfect fit for the role.
