I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Massa Multimedia Architecture (Neptune, NJ) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was very pleased with my interview process at MMA. From start to finish, I was interviewed a total of 3 times with the firm. Once with 2 Directors, next with 2 Principals and lastly, I interviewed with Principal/Owner Gabe Massa. Though the process and the interview questions were in depth and thorough, I did feel comfortable and at ease with the interviewers at all times. I was given various situational questions and asked how I might respond under the circumstances. In regard to the human resources position I was applying for, I could tell that the position would not solely focus on the administrative duties that go along with human resources. Clearly, office culture, employee engagement and work/life balance were of extreme importance to the leadership at MMA. Which was a definite pull for me (and my skillset.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As a Human Resources Manager, how will engage with the remote/hybrid work population here at MMA? We would like ALL of our employees to feel as though they are a part of the work family but in many situations, the distance and varied schedules can present obstacles.
