Applied online and got a call within a week. The person I spoke to was very enthusiastic and excited to meet me. One interview in person with the manager and assistant manager and then was offered the job.

What's one thing you've failed at and how did it affect you?
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.
Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.
Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
