Interview
They called me in for a 1:1 interview. I got there 15 minutes early and had to wait for 20 minutes after my appointment to meet with the manager. It was fairly informal. I thought I was interviewing for an entry-level management position, but I came to find out that I was interviewing for a front desk position. The environment seemed very laid back. I did not like the fact that she asked me to wear khakis for my trial-run (where you try to sell packages to customers to fully get the job) when the girl already working behind the counter was wearing cut-off jeans and and Birks.
Asked for resume twice on application and made me hand-write it again at the interview. Full time 9-5 availability isn't even enough for part-timers. They want you available 24/7 just to schedule you 10 hours. If you have a life, sit this one out.
It’s a pretty easy interview. Simple questions. Sales and personality stuff. Administrations skills. Organization skills. Some have you role playing sales and prospecting their memberships. Usually 2-3 rounds of interviews.

Interview
Sort of strange interview. Very short and not many spa related questions. Overall not very hard. Most questions were general interview questions that can be found online. I was expecting to have to know a little more about spa/sales but this hardly came up at all
