Interview
It was straight forward and open. I could ask any questions that came to mind and be upfront with the manager. We had a one on one sit down interview to begin with and then did a 50 minute practical after.

What kind of availability I had. How many massages I was comfortable doing in a row and in a day. If I had reliable transportation. What my preferred modalities were. Whether I had any extra certifications. What my experience was in similar environments. Why the interest in Massage Therapy and this company in particular.

Brief but through. Questions about my training and experience were highlighted. I was also asked to preform a demo massage as well on the person interviewing. Then I explained what i was comfortable doing as well in terms of minors. pregnant clients and the elderly.
