Masterbuilt | Kamado Joe interview questions

HR reached out to set up initial screening, then interviewed with the marketing director. From there I completed an assessment/assignment and then interviewed with 2 additional managers. Communication was good throughout and process was going very smoothly and relatively quickly until after my last interview in which I heard nothing for 3 weeks even after multiple attempts following up. Finally heard back that they went in another direction. Everything was good until until the radio silence. I would've rather heard back with "we're figuring things out, we will let you know when we have more information" or that I didn't get the role earlier rather than waiting with no information.
