MatchBox Consulting Group interview questions

First interview was on the phone WHILE interviewer was driving. The second interview was in the office. Overall good experience during the interview but completely ghosted afterward. Seemed unprofessional and a waste of time. Also, the office seemed completely cold and empty.

Pre screen phone call 5-10 minutes hour long in person interview - asked alot about motivation and drivers in life. Also asked and dug into weaknesses not a trick question they want to see you are self aware
