I submitted my application through their website, and within about a week I heard back, through an email stating they wanted to schedule an in person interview with me. They initially gave me a tour of their building and various people and their roles. We then talked about my portfolio and my interest in design. Overall a very friendly and inviting process. I really enjoyed the people.
