Materials Transportation Company interview questions

First: It was a phone screening interview, for about 30 minutes with the hiring manager. Second interview was an in-person interview with the HR. It was very friendly, casual and more like a conversation. I received the offer via phone and was able to start 2 weeks after I accepted.

short discussion of job requirements and conditions, pretty informal and friendly. They asked about my experience and gave a New York State mandated 19-A test. We discussed the dress code and pay policy. Drivers are paid every two weeks, a week after the pay-period is completed, so it is hard to keep track of hours.
