I submitted my resume online through the Mathworks site and heard from them after 3 weeks, to set up a a phone interview for the first round. The person who called was from HR, and seemed to be in a hurry. The interview only lasted 20 minutes, of which she explained the position for about 10. and asked simple behavioral questions like: 1. have you worked in a team 2. Can you multitask 3. have you ever faced conflict in a team 4. GPA 5. other offers/interviews After this she set up a technical interview which would last 40 minutes. I am preparing for it now!
