Phone Screening – phone call in advance of the first interview. Interview 1 – interview with two people, and had to do a couple thought experiments. Interview 2 – Interview with four people, had to do a performance task in advance which was discussed for part of the interview. Pretty good experience, people were respectful and welcomed me to ask many questions. Offer Call – Zoom call with offer details There was about a week between each phase of the interview process and communication was very prompt. A week after my final interview they asked for references and about a week after that I received an offer.

I had one phone interview for this role. Unfortunately, the phone call was connected through the interviewer's laptop so as soon as I started speaking all I could hear was extremely loud clicking noises reverberating through and it was incredibly distracting. I felt that I had no good way to let them know that this was uncomfortable and I had to deal with it but I wish I would have said something.
