I applied online. I interviewed at Matrix Medical Network (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Recruiter set up interview over Teams with a hiring coordinator. I tried to connect several times and they never responded. I noticed that they saw my messages and they would respond but then never continue.
The interview process was straightforward and organized, starting with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a brief clinical interview focused on assessments and documentation. Scheduling expectations, travel radius, and onboarding steps were clearly explained before the offer was discussed.

Question 1
One thing they asked was a clinical scenario, such as how I would handle a patient with multiple chronic conditions during an in-home visit. I explained completing a full assessment, reviewing medications, identifying risks, documenting accurately, and escalating concerns to the provider when needed.
I was in the process of interviewing for a data science position at a tech company, and it involved several stages. It began with a phone screening where I talked about my background and why I was interested in the role. Then I had to complete a technical challenge that tested my skills in Python, statistics, and data manipulation. After that came the behavioral interview, where I shared examples of how I work with teams and solve problems. I was given a case study as well, which involved analyzing a dataset and presenting insights as if I were pitching to stakeholders. The final round was more intense—I met with several team members and had to explain how I’d contribute to their projects.
