Matterkind Associate Addressable Strategy interview questions

From application to initial phone screen took 2 weeks. The phone call was extremely rushed, the recruiter just asked very basic questions and said she'd pass my information to the next interviewer. It was another 2 weeks before I heard back on that, followed by another week waiting for the interview. The second interview was on Zoom with two different managers, who again asked very basic questions and essentially had me rehash everything on my resume. It seemed like these managers were pleased, and yet it was over a week before I heard from them again and got a rejection letter. Six weeks total spent on this. Definitely got the vibe that I'd just be a cog in a very large machine here so I honestly wasn't disappointed.
