      UAV Operations Technician/UAV Operator Interview

      21 Aug 2019
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Matternet (San Francisco, CA) in Sept 2018

      Interview

I was asked to do 6 phone interviews with 6 different people before making it to step two, being flown out to San Francisco for a day of interviews. I met with 18 different people for about 30 minutes each. Then I was asked to take a written test, as well as demonstrate that I could use tools such as a soldering iron, wire strippers, crimpers, etc.
