      Initial screen with recruiter. Low stress, mostly just the facts Interview with the hiring manager. Good to feel out the position and see if it is a good match. Presentation and 1:1 with team members and management. A long day! Spend time on the presentation and make sure you can answer questions about details. Try to make it relevant as possible to the job you are applying for. 1:1s varied a lot. Most were moderate stress, no one was mean or asked particularly difficult questions.
