I came into the store and spoke with the store manager who had me take a personality test about 80 questions or so. Afterwards we talked about pay. They were unable to match the amount i was making per hour at another retail store.

The interviewer asked questions about previous work experience, why I chose Maurice’s specifically to work for, and what my knowledge was of current women’s fashion trends. Overall all, it was a friendly and positive interview.

Very quick and easy. Asked about background and skills. Talked about what I could bring to the team. Also, asked to pick out an outfit for a special occasion. Did not take longer than 30 minutes.
