I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mavenoid in Dec 2025
Interview
Senior talent acquisition partner reached out to me on Linkedin and I accepted the interview. The interview lasted maybe 15 minutes and she was incapable answering questions about the job and the company, such as KPI's and the companyäs ARR. Felt very one-sided and unpleasant. Apparently there's at least three more interviews and a case study later in the process.
The following day I received a rejection email template. I responded asking for feedback and was ghosted entirely.

Interview
I had several interviews with this company for a QA position back in 2021, including a particularly long 3-hour session. Despite the time and effort I put in, I never received any follow-up — not even a courtesy email to let me know I hadn’t been successful. It was disappointing and unprofessional, and it showed me a lot about how they operate. In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t end up working there.

I participated in a thorough 3-hour interview process, during which I was asked a wide range of questions and completed a practical task relevant to the role.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me so I scheduled time to connect. I have a job and I’m getting paid 160% of my OTE and just wanted to see what she would offer. She was uninterested and unprepared, did not answer any of my questions and kept saying that the CEO will talk to me. The whole thing lasted for 15 mins because she was only interested in yer own questions and interrogated me really fast. She then sent me a templated email thanking me for my time and that decided to move on with other candidates “after careful consideration.” Really unprofessional and unorganized. I guarantee is that top sales people will not be attracted by such an interviewer, I consider myself one.
