i applied online and the next day i got a call from the district manger asking me when can i come in for an interview. we set up a date and i had to drive to one of the stores to have a one to one interview .just simple questions testing your knowledge what u know about tires and customer service
Interview was quick and to the point. Based on experience and great pay on offers. I went in l, sat down for a few minutes, answered maybe 5? And received an offer which I accepted.
The interview in my opinion went very well. I was very comfortable with answering questions and everything was clearly explained on what the position is asking to have done. The manager was very friendly and explained the benefits that is offered and answered all the questions i had with professional responses.
