MaxVal Group Software Test Engineer interview questions

I have attended 3 levels of interview. I was Selected, they got all my documents. They didn't provide offer letter, kept me waiting for more than 2 weeks. They will schedule the interview very fast after selection of every round. After clearing all rounds, they won't offer you. Even you will not receive any updates from HRs. While attending interview they said me it is for Immediate Joiner position. We have to call the HRs and mail to Manager for getting the updates, then they will say stories for not giving offers. During Hr discussion, they asked for couple of days for giving offer. Then I didn't get any response from them. They will say Waiting for approval, On hold, Manager is not available, Client visit and Atlast you can try other opportunities we are not hiring anyone for that role. It is "Ghost recruitment" process, dont waste timing. People are ruining candidates' career life nowadays. Even after selection, they are fooling candidates. If they are not ready to give offer, why they are taking candidates up to HR round, better they can reject them at the first itself.
