Interviewers were cordial and prompt. They showed that they cared about accolades and personal disposition. I got the interview from a college career fair and they reached out after expressing interest in me.

Applied through University career portal. Non-aggressive conversation with hiring manager. We discussed what the job would entail and he gave me a quick tour of the office. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer but probably because I accepted elsewhere and went ahead and told them to pull my application.
