I had an introduction interview with HR and then sent in a stock pitch which was followed up by a meeting with a partner of the firm.
They are extremely unorganized and couldn't even bother to send any follow up emails. They also forgot my interview severely times and it had to be rescheduled.
I personally thought the interview questions were not very technical.

I have previously interviewed at Maytech and they always request a stock pitch and then ghosted. Everyone that I spoke to that had interviewed with Maytech shared similar experience. Maytech is phishing for free research provided by candidates for their own investment purposes. They post open jobs year round for this precise reason, while the team is like 3 people.
