At the close of the in person interview I was told I would be called the following Monday to follow up. I didn’t receive a call, so I called on Wednesday. No return call was made, so I emailed Friday. I never heard from them. I found this to be very unprofessional. Please be professional and contact a candidate when you say you will. If I was not a candidate of interest, why not respond to messages and let me know rather than ghosting? Not a good fit for someone wanting to be treated professionally and with respect.
