Interview
The whole process was great. First hour of the interview is with a placement coordinator. They ask you about your experience, why Mayo Clinic, few behavioral questions. They tell you about Mayo and the role/benefits. Second 1-1.5 hours is with unit manager. They ask several behavioral questions and clinical judgement questions. It was a difficult interview but if you prepare answers then you’ll do great. Got a call back a few days later with an offer. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful process. Great feedback was provided throughout the interview process. Come prepared and dont forget that providing compassionate care goes a long way. Be descriptive in detail and ensure you are painting a picture for the individuals you are interviewing with.

Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a week later asking me to schedule an interview. The interview was on skype with a nurse manager. The questions asked were mainly behavioral questions with a case study where you had to explain what patient you would see first and what you would do. I received a phone call 2 days later saying I got the job.
