The standard interview process, phone screen, and panel video interview. I interviewed for two separate positions. In one interview they asked behavioral questions and a few technical. In the interview for the other position, they asked questions that seemed more appropriate for a researcher. It seemed like both positions were already meant for an internal candidate.

Typical panel interview with 4 people and they asked about a dozen questions. It was low key, no pressure at all. The panel consisted of the supervisor and people currently working in the same area. Nobody from HR or any other area was on the panel.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in Feb 2015

Apply through job portal and contacted by prime vendor and whole procedure took 2 weeks. For interview it took 1 week and got joining date after 2 week with background check and Drug test.
