First Interview with nursing placement coordinator asking behavioral and situational questions. Second interview with nurse manager and nurse leader. They reviewed the position and their unit. They asked 4 situational and behavioral questions. Very pleasant and professional.

Got interviewed by the nurse manager.It took her 30 mins to do her presentation about Mayo clinic and department, and the next 30 mins was for the interview part. There was also a quiz during that half hour. It was done via zoom. I found
Interview is via online, good pace, average questions not too difficult. You must log in online, you get 1 minute to think about your question And answer them as you see fit
Three interviews with the last one in person. Behavior based questions. The examples listed on here of the questions I found very accurate. I would definitely be prepared ahead of time.
