Phone screen and interview followed a standard process. The interviewer was a little rough around the edges. However, I appreciated that they didn't waste my time and sent a decision quickly.

Interview
Took 3-4 weeks to contact for an interview, did an initial phone screening for about 20 minutes, then a 1 hour interview with a panel of 4 employees. In the interview everyone was kind. In the panel interview, only behavioral questions are asked. It is imperative that you prepare multiple examples ahead of time and practice.

I applied online and heard back about a week later. The screening interview was pretty straight forward; they asked about the project I was most proud of, and a project I feel could have gone better.
