Plain I spoke to them, and they told me to go, so I went. We exchanged words—sharp, simple, unresolved. No clarity, just tension hanging in the air like unfinished sentences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mazonai (Watford, East of England, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was informal compared to most interviews. The interviewer was very friendly and informative. She explained all aspects of the job as well as the pay and the different roles that are available through progression. It helps to read the job description on the Mazonai website so you are aware of all aspects and know what you will be doing within the job. You're able to talk about yourself and why you think you'll be good for the role, working with a team and how you'll be able to interact with customers during the events.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mazonai (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
Found the role was not what they advertised, this is purely a sales only role, pay 100% commission. Invited for a first interview which consisted of filling in a couple of forms and having a 10 minute chat with the office manager. She invited me for a second "trial day" interview on bank holiday Friday (they work bank holidays and Saturdays...) in which I had a chat with a member of the team, followed by a 10 min 3rd interview with the office manager at the end of which I was offered the job, although as soon as I walked in for this 3rd interview, she told me that even though I made it to the 3rd stage, that doesn't necessarily mean I have the job... Very disappointing, waited around for several hours between the interviews, found their team to be quite difficult to interact with as they are not interested in you as a person at all. Not to mention I'm a 24 year old MA graduate and the manager asked a 19 year old that had worked with them for a couple of months to interview me. A similar situation with another girl that had attended the trial day with me and we both declined the offers.

Question 1
Lots of silly, easy questions - where do you see yourself in 5/10 years; strengths and weaknesses etc.
