I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McAdam (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
I met the recruiter through the college job fair. The process is as follows: first they schedule you for a group online information section about the company. They then schedule you for an individual interview, where I learned that you do not receive a base pay or any benefits (401k, dental insurance). They claimed that "individual representatives do not receive such benefits." (Even though I was applying to be a Financial Representative for McAdam Financial.) After I found that there was no base pay I politely declined.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself (what your family does for a living, how many properties they own.) Seems they wanted to know about your stature.
Received an email with a link to a company intro video. After watching the video you have an intro call with a current advisor. After this they set up a second interview with a district manager. Later you receive a call from VP if they want to contract you or not.

Interview
Pretty easy process. Online webinar prior to phone interview. Hear back within one day that I was selected for a one on one interview with the VP in the Boston location.
