McAdam Recruiting Coordinator interview questions

After applying online, I was called and emailed being asked to come in for an interview. After returning the call and leaving a voicemail, and also responding to the email, there was no response. Not even two days later I got an email on Monster from the same person asking e to apply for a financial advisor role. After responding again, confused, still no answer. A month later, I got another email suggesting that I would be a good fit for the Recruiting Coordinator role (which I had already applied and been asked to come in). And once again - I emailed back and have yet to get a response. I dismissed this opportunity and have moved on to others. They are missing out on good candidates this way.
