Interview
First, you watch the role introduction video describing the job and it is also like a pep talk. Then, you have a first round interview, which is about 45 minutes long with one person. Then, the final round interview.
First session was recorded and no questions were to be asked. It was clear they did not want to be bothered with a real time session. There was not even a call before the session.
