The interviews went well and they brought me out for a visit to their jobsite and offices in Boise, since I would be relocating from Las Vegas. I absolutely loved McAlvain and all the people I met. They have an incredible leadership team. The jobsites I visited were clean and safe, managed by strong superintendents and PMs. Only reason I did not take the job was that Boise didn’t meet my family’s wishes as a place to live. If McAlvain was in other cities, I would accept a job with them without hesitation.
