Below is a list of the steps involved in the hiring process. See FindLaw's The Hiring Process section for additional articles and resources on this topic
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McCormick & Company (Hunt Valley, MD)
Interview
Submitted a bid for the job and got a call within a week about an interview. Had an interview with a manager and an HR rep. The interview was very basic and nothing to stress about. This is an entry level job that requires no background in the work and zero education. How difficult do you think an interview for that kind of job would be? Because I was a current employee it took 3 months for my previous manager to let me leave because they didn't have anyone to take my place.
