The interview process was straightforward and well-structured, consisting of three rounds of conversations with different levels of management, each offering a unique and valuable perspective on the role and company culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at McGriff (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process took a little over a month due to Christmas and New Years. I applied early and got an email same day for an interview. They even had an option for an after business hours interview for the 2nd and 3rd round, which I thanked them for it and took it.
There were 3 rounds in total:
1st - was phone screen with recruiter.
2nd - after that 4 days later was interview with the Senior Vice President of Operations. This one lasted an hour because we were both having a lot of fun chatting and joking during the interview. To which by the end I got a verbal offer, but they wanted to make sure the team liked me too.
3rd - this one was delayed by a few weeks due to the holidays, the team members had reached out reassuring me that the interview will happen in early January after the holidays. This interview also went long and lasted 50 minutes, but we chatted a lot.
Received a call and written offer a week later!
Very wonderful experience and very wonderful people! The recruiter was always quick to answer follow up emails!
