Never got a call back to inform me they had chosen a different candidate. Overall, the interview process was average. They did request a few writing samples but I never heard back from them.

Interview
There were 5 parts to the interview process. First round screening with HR rep, then 1-1 with the Hiring Manager, then a work task to show your writing and editing skills, then 1-1 with that person's supervisor, then a panel interview with some common stakeholders for the role.
After all of this, they told me they were going to "reevaluate the scope of the position" and would reach out to me in a few months to see if I was still interested. Three-four months later, the HR rep reached back out, we had a short phone call and scheduled a 1-1 with the new hiring manager (one of the people I had spoken to the first time). After all of that, I was ghosted. No response, either way. Based on my experience as a candidate, it doesn't make the company look good.

Contacted by recruiter for intial screening, phone interview with hiring manager, phone interview with his boss, then in person interview that lasted 5 hours. They have many team members interview you to ensure a good fit.
