The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McKesson (Chino, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
Unprofessional, profanity, a lot of blaming and pointing fingers, the supervisor and management were asking unprofessional question like what do you do on your spare time and what sport you like nothing to do with work.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at McKesson (Sun Valley, CA)
Interview
I applied for the open driver position, and was contacted a month later by a recruiter. The recruiter asked pretty standard questions, such as what's your experience, have you ever dealt with a difficult customer, etc. The recruiter then set me up with an interview with the transportation manager the next day. It was a very relaxed, casual laid back interview, as well as being very easy. I wasn't asked any technical, difficult questions. The manager asked about my previous experience, then went over a brief description of the job duties. The manager then asked me if it was something I wanted to do and I said yes. The manager then said they were interested in hiring me. I went home, and the next day received a phone call from the recruiter, who then offered the job to me, contingent on passing the mandatory drug test.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at McKesson
Interview
Normal interview with a manager, phone and in person. Tour of location, meet employees and other stuff, overall it is a good experience. There are multiple managers so there can be many interviews. After the interview there is a drug test that needs to be passed before you can begin working. There isn't very much training after you get the job.
