To sum it up in one word, terrible. The HR person, scheduled a time, canceled 5 minutes before. So I reschedule the phone interview and she never bothered to call. I wasn't bothered by it but after reading the reviews, I'm glad she didn't call. Who would want to work at a place that has annual raises capped at 1.5%???
